Johnson Dermatology has been amazing! Through the years Dr. Sandy has treated all 3 of my boys for acne with Acutane. Their skin is now absolutely beautiful and it is remarkable to see the change in not only their skin but in their personalities!!! It is truly a life changing treatment. The staff is always pleasant, friendly, and easy to deal with. This can sometimes be a miserable treatment but Dr. Sandy and Sabrina did their very best to make the experience as tolerable as possible. We highly recommend Johnson Dermatology!

RecommendedJohnson Dermatology takes such good care of me and my family! I suffered from warts on my hands since childhood. Freezing them was always very painful. I made an appointment with JD because I thought that was the only option. Dr. Sandy told me about her clinical trial for warts. Hallelujah!! I have been wart free for more than a year now and I can't thank Dr. Sandy and Crystal enough. You guys are awesome!!

It is practically impossible to get mrdication refills. The clinic is not staffed to handle these requests. It is much easier for them and more profitable to schedule an appointment. We live four and a half hours away. The clinic manager scolded me for not knowing my medication could be refilled. Unacceptable customet service.

I waited for 3 months for my daughters appointment & the day before they called me to cancel it! They told me I could show up hours in advance, one day a month, wait in line & hope I'm 1 of the 1st 10 in line or she won't be seen! I think they should have honored the appointments that had been scheduled months in advance! My daughter STILL NEEDS to see a dermatologist BADLY, even her surgeons nurse keeps saying how VERY important it is but she missed a month of school due to having an emergency surgery so I can't risk her mi... read more

We apologize for your experience. We do have a walk in clinic on Thursday mornings starting at 8 am where we guarantee we will see the first 10 patients. We strive to see every person who comes to walk in clinic. Unfortunately, some people who come later may have to wait but I cannot think of anytime we have ever turned away a patient because they were not one of the first 10 to arrive. Again, I apologize.
