I've been a patient of Dr. Johnson for almost 20 years. They are very kind and professional and I highly recommend this practice. I couldn't be happier with the level of service.
I have been to this dermatologist office since I was a kid around 11 years old. Being treated with psoriasis. Their care is great, treatment process great, however the past 2 years communicating with the office has been terrible. Very bad experience. Waited a few months for my appointment as a new customer met with the doctor finally and got some good advice/prescription. They asked me to set a 2 month follow up on my way out, even offered an appointment card which I should've taken them up on. About 2 months later I forget the exact time of my appt call them that day to ask when I'm scheduled for and she just tells me I'm not on the schedule.
