Dr. Johnson listens to parents' concerns. She has a high level of expertise and is a caring person.
Dr Johnson is an excellent physician with a wonderful bedside manner and a good office staff. . However one of her staff members who handles incoming calls can be very rude insensitive and should be more courteous when dealing with the public.
Dr.Johnson is the best yet my children have been with her for five years and she is always on point with my children's . She has an urgent care after hours witch is a bonus.
I've been coming Dr. Johnson since, I was 15 years old. She was my pediatrician and I knew once, I had children they would be patients of her as well. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone that is seeking an experienced doctor.
Rude, inconsiderate of patients and their time, horrible customer service, will have you wait 2-3 hours before seen, and after waiting if child needs to go to bathroom may God forbid because she will pass you up and go on to the next even though you have been waiting for hours to finally be seen she will tell you "it's not fair but its life " without an apology or anything for your inconvenience as if we don't have other choices to go elsewhere or as if we don't matter period or our time. Rude!
I've been with Dr . Johnson for 30yrs and everything has always been a great experience she is a great Dr and spend time with you to help you any way she can now she's taking care of my grand babies. Now that's the Dr . Johnson that I know and have known. Thank you Dr. Johnson
