He is a great doctor. Dr. Johnson is very personable and easy to talk to. He listens and that is important to me. I appreciate is very comprehensive approach to care, but incorporating patient's thoughts and increasing health literacy. His staff is fantastic - so nice, professional, and comforting.
Dr. Johnson and his nursing staff are great. However, the scheduler is rude every single time I've had to speak with her. Every single time - even the very first time. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day at first, but it's been months and months of the same rude service. I wish they would replace her or give her some customer service training, though I really don't think it would help her. I dread calling their office bc of her.
