We are supposed to pay bi-monthly and we have had to pay three consecutive months. I went to check on my previous history today and now all my information is gone. I can never get a straight answer from them.
Poor customer service. My wastewater bill is higher than my water bill. Their "service" is overpriced, criminal, and just plainly does not make sense.
My wastewater bill is consistently higher than my actual water bill and customer support offers no insight into how that’s possible. They just say it’s right and goes off the previous winter water usage which still doesn’t make the math add up.
What an absolute joke🤯🤯
