Lack training. Causes unwanted extra stress not necessary. Then when you try to report an issue you passed around to different voicemails and no one talks to you. Don't call the emergency help line. They may make you do something you shouldn't.
As a person who suffers from mental health, meaning I have PTSD and Extreme Anxiety. I have an intake spent over 2hrs in there telling these people my business. Then 2days later I call to set an appointment with my Case worker Erin Reirner. That woman was rude as hell. 1st she tells me that the notes from my intake only has 2 sentences, and I'm like for 2 hours that lady that did my intake her name was Ashley she had a picture star wars pic of her and her family in her office, she said helping people was like crack to her. They simply do not care about helping people. The people who are case managers do not have backgrounds in mental health or social work. It is an unprofessional and unqualified environment, I would seek help elsewhere.
