I don't usually write negative reviews. With that said, let me start by saying that Dr. Tauscher is great. I have been seeing her for several years now. It is their billing department that leaves much to be desired. My wife tried to reschedule an appointment but, of course, no one ever answers the phone. Even when someone does answer the phone, they can't help with scheduling and say that they will have to talk to the scheduler. If you read review from other sites, this happens a lot there.
