I have called 6 times since September 18, 2023 to have someone come out and replace/update our telephone dialer. No one ever answers and I have left a message every single time. It's very frustrating not receiving a call back nor being answered regarding something that is very important like a telephone dialer that sends signals to the fire department when our alarm goes off. Very unprofessional.
Their human resource management has ordered fire drills with one single purpose - not to pay the workforce. Such a criminal practice was followed up by false witnessing to police officers.
It's a killer place to work, but I was fired without incident, which is odd.
Never called back!
Ridiculously expensive and terrible customer service. Stay away!
