Been having issues at Petsuites Newport News for over a year, almost every day our alarms go off and we are unable to disarm them. We have had 5 techs out in a month and they have been unable to do anything. The alarms rings constantly and disturbs the dogs and customers. We have had cops show up at our building and are receiving charges from the police for the false alarms. The company has been unable to fix this issue no matter what we do. Do not use this company, they are incompetent and unhelpful.
Since this firm bought out Richmond Alarm Company, the service has declined and price increased. We now get frequent calls from a call center in India reminding us to pay invoices we auto-pay every month. Avoid this large firm at all costs. We found a locally owned company that will take over monitoring for half the cost. Or get a Ring or Nest and DIY it. Never again. Never again.
