Update: After jumping all their hoops to cancel service, their robo dialer is now dialing my phone daily. Nothing like weekend calls leting me know that their system can't communicate with our non existent fire panel. Wonder if they keep invoicing us too Run away from these people! Everything else about this company is a dumpster fire. they want more than the cost of 3 competitors new panels to change a phone number on an existing panel. Total rip off for service calls charging a flat rate for 3 hours worth of work totaling over $900 when they spent less than an hour onsite. Find another company that cares about customer service and satisfaction who has reasonable repair rates.
We cancelled JC in 2022 because of lack of customer service, strong holding the mechanics of our system to keep us from understanding it and their general disregard of our needs. But...I continue to get an invoice for monitoring EVERY YEAR. I then spend countless hours trying to manage through their multi-level "not my problem, not my department" nonsense. They have cost me countless hours of productivity even after their service was deemed ineffective. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money.
Customer service is brutal, they do not care and are not proactive in helping. Delayed responses, poor communication and expensive!
