We cancelled JC in 2022 because of lack of customer service, strong holding the mechanics of our system to keep us from understanding it and their general disregard of our needs. But...I continue to get an invoice for monitoring EVERY YEAR. I then spend countless hours trying to manage through their multi-level "not my problem, not my department" nonsense. They have cost me countless hours of productivity even after their service was deemed ineffective. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money.

Customer service is brutal, they do not care and are not proactive in helping. Delayed responses, poor communication and expensive!

Total rip off company for commercial alarm service. Talked my wife into signing a 36 month contract that is unbelievably bad, and won’t let us out. And now they continually add more charges. What a nightmare. Stay away.

Johnson has the WORST customer service and billing department I have ever delt with. Incorrect billings, impossible to get ahold of anyone who can help, being sent around from number to number, and no communication afterwards either. Absolutely the worst.

We hired these guys to monitor a building and after a few years sold it to another owner. For the past year they have been sending us invoices and collection notices. We have called them every month to keep informing them that the property has been sold and we are now two owners removed and they keep sending notices. Very disorganized.
