Update: After jumping all their hoops to cancel service, their robo dialer is now dialing my phone daily. Nothing like weekend calls leting me know that their system can't communicate with a panel we replaced 4 months ago Run away from these people! If you are with them open BBB complaints and talk to the AG Cancelation is a multi-hour phone call and repeated email process. They will bill you for another 30 days. Everything else about this company is a dumpster fire. they want more than the cost of 3 competitors new panels to change a phone number on an existing panel. Total rip off for service calls charging a flat rate for 3 hours worth of work totaling over $900 when they spent less than an hour onsite. Find another company that cares about customer service and satisfaction who has reasonable repair rates.
