My HVAC bought a heat pump through this manufacturer and it was defective. They replaced it but not the the labour. The second one then was also defective so again I need a new one, but did not cover labour. Now after all this my HVAC guy has billed me for 788 dollars for labour and JCI will not cover it.
I found out that a contractor named michelle who lived on north mountain road in linglestown through your company has made some fraudulent contacts using my information costing me money for your company's profit on things that I have never purchased. If this does not get resolved, you will hear from my lawyer because I lost my ability to pull a loan because this is impacting my life.
I purchased a York condenser coil which came with a five-year warranty. It lasted one month and quit. It was obviously defective. Johnson Controls, which is affiliated with York Manufacturing, will not stand behind the warranty. I purchased a new one which is doing fine after four months. But Johnson Controls is blaming the line set and other external factors, which is not true since the replacement is working just fine.
