Had a great experience with Richmond Alarm. While other companies wouldn't respond because they didn't feel our project was large enough for them, Richmond Alarm was very attentive. The sales rep, Tom Aukward, went out of his way to call and check in with us while we were making decisions over a 2-3 month period. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.
We have been Richmond Alarm customers for nearly 40 years. They really do give us peace of mind. Recently we upgraded our system and I really love the controls and alerts I get from the new system. Richmond Alarm is a large company but they've managed to retain the family feeling. Highly recommend!
