We received a bill for a $4,300 service where the cost estimate was never shared by Johnson Controls, nor was it authorized by our organization. When trying to contact the company, I was routed through two different corporate helplines before being transferred to this office, where no one answered the phone and I was asked to leave a message. I do not recommend Johnson Controls Des Moines. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Bunch of bums
Horrible company to work I do not recommend them at all. Needed a new fire system in our building and it took twice as long as it should have to install and we have had constant issues with parts not working. Their techs couldn’t diagnosis the issues with our system and had to keep reordered the same parts over and over. Customer service is terrible as well. Avoid if at all possible.
