Johnson Controls Fire Protection is the absolute worst and most expensive fire monitoring company out there. They do not care about providing great customer service. The most basic repair will cost you at least $1,000 or more. Once, I accidentally placed a service call for a carbon monoxide detector that ended up needing a 9V battery, Johnson Controls cruelly charged me over $700 for a 9V battery even after I pleaded with the General Manager. By far the best Professional Customer Services, they were able to get the Job Done in a timely manner. The best rate in Los Angeles, I will continue using Johnson Controls Inc. and Recommend it to anyone who hate run around from the other guys. Try them out and you'll see what I'm talking about....
