My no touch freight turned into hard work! My dispatch was unaware that I had to remove the braces that were put in with an C02 nail gun. When I checked in, I was asked if I had a crow bar. I didn’t so they gave me one and told me to remove the braces so they could unload me. I recommend earplugs I you have to do this, my ears are still ringing.
