We had alarm system with Johnson Controls for 15 years. When we ran into issues, I called and was told it was the phone line and to call the phone company. I went back and forth with them and the phone company for 3 months. I had the phone company out 3 times, only to find it was definitely not their issue. It's not safe Texting and driving or whatever your guy was doing he almost slammed into a poor old lady who was paying attention and got out of the way.

Really appreciate when you call a company and they tell you someone will call you back soon. Received a call back within 30 minutes and a tech was on site within 2 hours and fixed the issue in 20 mins.
