I have been with Dr. Johnson many years and she is the best! She is good to me and very kind. I’m not going anywhere else or my care.
DO NOT use her. You wait a hour and a half in the waiting room then a hour in the back. She doesn’t listen when you tell her what’s going on. I went twice and the 2 times I went everyone was complaining even had a nurse walk out bc of how she runs things
I’m a military dependent and have seen many doctors over the last 30 years. But this has to be the worst . I had a very bad experience on my first visit. Waiting Almost 3 hours to see the doctor, the nurse that came in to take my history had no idea of what she was doing. It was one thing after another. I have an excellent work history, great work ethic and great people skills. After working here for only a few days I can confidently say this is not a good place for an employee or patient.
do not go to this doctor her office is very unorganized and they will NOT return calls or do their job... Dr. Johnson is a nice lady but her employees are absolutely horrid.
My mother had switched to Dr Johnson an I hate to say it was the worst experience ever an the sad part is it her staff an u believe her husband is suppose to be the office manager an was so rude takes weeks really months to get paper work filled out
Dr. Johnson is wonderful! However her staff, (especially the receptionist) are very rude and disrespectful people. We wait at every appt. At least an hour and a half to two hours before even leaving waiting room and then have to wait almost another hour or more in exam room to see the dr. Dr johnson is wonderful but patient waiting times and staff are unexceptable.
The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful, the clinic is very hard to schedule appointments with, and Dr. Johnson is clearly interested in providing healthcare to her patients, uninterested in listening to their ailments, and is most unfriendly.
Dr. Johnson's staff has gone over many changes over the period of time that I've seen her. To the point of never seeing them twice, save for the lab tech. I'm assuming they were fired for ineptitude. Dr. Johnson has very little time to hear about her patients or their wellbeing. One's experience once they enter after an hour or so wait feels like they've been placed on an assembly line.
