Counsel after having ghosting me - advised he had filed a document - when I asked why he didn't send it for me to review prior to filing - he said he would 'cancel it' because E-Filing was having an issue affecting "all sorts of attorneys and clients" not just me. Counsel scheduled a meeting for me to review said document.
