Just had our carpets and upholstery cleaned by Johnson Brothers Carpet Care. We always rely on them for our cleaning needs and wouldn't choose anyone else. The team arrived prepared and worked hard—our 10-year-old carpets look as good as new now. Our two upholstered chairs were also cleaned and turned out fantastic. They also cleaned our 8x10 wool area rug, which usually gets a lot of wear from heavy foot traffic and our big furry dog, but now it looks wonderful! I would not recommend this carpet cleaning company based on my experience. They made an appointment with me but ended up rescheduling four times without giving any reason each time. Every time I rearranged my schedule, they pushed the appointment again. The communication between their office and the technician is terrible. The office tells you one thing, and the technician says something else, making it impossible to know what is actually happening or when they will show up. They are a joke. I scheduled the cleaning and 5 mins before the appointment, a guy calls and tells me he won’t be able to make it without giving any reason. I was okay to reschedule it for next day. Next day, 1 hour went past the appointment time and I called the office to check what’s the status. They said they gonna find out and call back. Half hr goes past, no call. cory was our technician. he did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. very professional, detail-oriented, and hardworking. cory handled everything on his own, and i was truly impressed with the results. he made sure to wear protective booties and even had us wear them during the walkthrough. he also let us know the carpet would be damp after cleaning, which showed he cared about our safety. the carpets turned out fantastic—worth every penny! we needed the cleaning done because we have new family members on the way, and co... read more
What a fantastic experience! Trustworthy carpet cleaners can be hard to come by, but I gave this company a try after seeing great reviews and ratings. I had some tough pet stains on an area rug from my older dog and hoped they could get it looking at least half as good as before. Roman did an amazing job—my rug looks almost brand new! I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service and their excellent customer care. It was also a bonus to work directly with just one person throughout the process.
