Johnson Brothers Lapidary are scum of the Earth when it comes to customer service. They stall, lie and don't answer their phone when I call to resolve a problem with an order. I've cut ties with this outfit and advise others to not have any dealings with this company.

They shipped a set of 4 oz bottles of Epoxy 330 with dispenser tops for a 6 or 8-ounce bottle. I sent pictures and videos of their mistake and they basically said that is what we ship. What? So you ship 6/8oz dispenser tops with 4 oz bottles? Bad customer service, I understand making a mistake but refusing to own the mistake is not acceptable.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order 9 days ago and it has yet to be shipped, I emailed them and got a response 2 days later that said it will ship when its ready? None of the items said they were not in stock, I have called every day during business hours and phone has yet to be answered. I received the 6" lapidary machine as a gift and after a year sitting unopened in the garage I finally got off my butt and cleaned out a space to set up my workstation. After setting up my machine I noticed the wheel wetter was missing. I contacted Chan at Johnson Brothers Lapidary and without question he sent the missing part along with a new buffing pad, more polish compound and extra drain hose. Being able to contact someone would be nice, especially because the phone number is the first thing seen on the website, like your available. Just placed an order to find out– only after spending my money– that the order won't even be processed for 5 days? What's going on with that? A friend of mine recommended me to your business. I am afraid that I may have made a mistake ordering those belts. I hope you are still in business.

Placed an order and requested rush service. Emailed 3 days later only top discover that the displays I ordered were out of stock and the scale had yet to be shipped. Wouldn't explain why they hadnt contacted me about the out of stock items nor why the order had yet to be shipped. Avoid at all costs.

Was told the 6 in nova soft wheels were new and a one piece wheel had 4 wheels come undone at the center the older man says I broke them out said they are one piece showed him the wheels and he said ok what's this I said I used super glue to finish a job he said I will not replace this is ridiculous .... Tells you they are one piece and they are not and when they fail won't replace ...RIPOFF REPORT go to diamond pacific this dudes a crook

Greatly mis-stated shipping charges, mine went from an advertised $146.00 to an actual $356.00, and that without the promised call if shipping was more than ten percent greater. I would have purchased better equiptment rather than pay inflated shipping because some sites ship for free. J.B. stated that they screwed up, and now it appears that they will not honor their word to split the extra cost of shipping. It's a stupid business model to screw your customer and then expect a return customer or good reviews.
