Update: changing this to a one star after my interactions with the president/owner. He did not do his due diligence to ensure he called me directly, he called my husband. When I returned his call he first asked about payment not my review until I brought it up. I sent him an email chain showing the breakdown on the end of my experience. They are getting 2 stars because of Sommer who tried her best with my situation. I still don’t know what actually happened because no one has explained to me. From my perspective my experience with Johnson boiler this time was getting the run around after I requested a quote. It was 2 weeks after our initial visit I inquired about a quote and was told I would get a call back. I waited a few days and call back and received the same answer. Brian and John helped us a bunch! They came for an emergency this evening when our sewer backed up, and I'm so thrilled they were able to get it all sorted out and cleaned up!
