Update: changing this to a one star after my interactions with the president/owner. He did not do his due diligence to ensure he called me directly, he called my husband. When I returned his call he first asked about payment not my review until I brought it up. I sent him an email chain showing the breakdown on the end of my experience. He responded with 3 sentence apology only on the communication breakdown not for his employees behavior. They are getting 2 stars because of Sommer who tried her best with my situation. I still don’t know what actually happened because no one has explained to me. From my perspective my experience with Johnson boiler this time was getting the run around after I requested a quote.
