It has been months since they started to repair a flush valve. Still not working
My experience has been a good one, thus far. The five-star review is worthy, just because they answered their phone, made an appointment for the next day, and they showed up and completed the job when they were supposed to. Bree showed up as my tech , and I could not have been happier with her. The world needs more Bree's in it. She went above and beyond, personable and trustworthy, AND most of all, fixed my issue in a little over an hour. Update: changing this to a one star after my interactions with the president/owner. He did not do his due diligence to ensure he called me directly, he called my husband. When I returned his call he first asked about payment not my review until I brought it up. I sent him an email chain showing the breakdown on the end of my experience. He responded with 3 sentence apology only on the communication breakdown not for his employees behavior.
