Scott was great. I have a 1980 Ford Tractor that a steering bracket had snapped. He researched and discovered that this part was discontinued. So he offered to weld it and/or search for a used bracket. In my opinion, Scott went out of his way to help us. I definitely recommend them.

I bought my used mahindra emax from them. They have been fair, friendly, and helpful from day 1. Im not rich so I try to handle some of the service and repairs myself. Knowing this, they have helped with advice and tips and tricks even though they wouldnt make money off that particular repair or service. They also seem to have decent inventory of common parts and have been able to order parts in reasonable time even during crazy covid shortages. Ordered multiple times from here, great customer service as well. Yes some parts take time to come in from Mahindra, but thats no different than any other supplier. They kept me well informed of the order status. I like the 15 buck flat shipping as well. Had an issue with an order recently, and they called me with a detailed message of the problem. Everything worked out great. Couldn't be Happier.

Ordered a Mahindra OEM hose for $39 + $15 for shipping that I eventually had made at a local tractor dealer for $14. I placed my order on May 2nd and assumed it would ship out in about a week. I sent an email on May 9th to see when it will be shipped and the email was rejected. I tried another email address that I found online and it was also rejected. Ordered a 7 5/8" pin for my Mahindra Backhoe and they sent me a brand new pin within a week. They were awesome. I also ordered at the same time from Ocala Tractors out of Florida, they took a week longer and sent me a used pin and said it had to come from Mahindra. A big Thank you goes out to Johnson Automotive, Inc. from Bethany CT. for their kindness over the phone and their great service!!!
