I bought a used vehicle from Johnson motors and yes, I say used because I know it would not be perfect. I did ask them if I could get the scratches buffed out and they said yes. I took it in the next day, and I got it back looking worse than when I took it in. The detailer burned the back bumper with the buffer and the trim around the vehicle. I took my 2018 Ram Power Wagon to Johnson’s Auto with whom we purchased new along with serval othe vehicles for transmission failure under warranty. Diagnosis, needs a new trans so I was told a new trans was on order. This was in September of 2022. After months of being told its on order with no ETA so in December, of 2022, after approximately 3.5 months I contacted FCA and started a case to get some resolution.
