I have lived in a Johnson Associates managed property in Alexandria for the past year and a half and I have only positive experiences to share. Tiffany, who helped get my lease figured out and helped me on move-in day, has been nothing but lovely and helpful. The rent is very reasonable and the building is well maintained. For the price point, I’m incredibly satisfied and would have no hesitation recommending any of their buildings to my friends.

I had a very disappointing experience living here at the Huntington metro area. There is constant noise, and the environment often feels unsafe, with frequent disturbances around the building. Overcrowding in some units creates additional issues, especially late at night, making it difficult to rest or feel comfortable in your own home. The apartments themselves are outdated, with old cabinets and no proper air conditioning. I have lived in one of their Arlington units for over 1.5 years. JA has been a fantastic property manager. They provide clear communication, provide thorough upkeep of their properties, and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive to issues that arise within the apartment. Huge shout out to the full team. Very glad to have found this place!
