Since 2014, I've lived at 1233 N Courthouse Rd in apartments 207 and 108. Upon the arrival of the new manager, they changed the terms of my contract month to month without my request. They began to not immediately respond to apartment repairs, such as a leak I had from the upper floor where they opened the bathroom ceiling and left me without bathroom service. I rent from JA in Arlington and my older sister rented (for probably a decade) from them in Alexandria -- we both love them! The property management team has always been helpful, respectful, and timely whenever I've needed anything. The units are kept in good condition and their prices are fair to tenants.
