I was referred to this appraiser from my ho.e loan company. No one ever answers the phone and tou can't leave a message because their voice mailbox is full. Lame!
Very poor scheduling. Never called to confirm appointments. Lazy comparable search results in low appraisal. If using for loan purposes find someone else.
