Our family had a very good experience with Johnson Aluminum Products. We actually got the cheapest estimate and a 10% discount from a coupon in Senior Life. Mr Johnson came to our house on July 8th. We picked out a color and paid a deposit. Mr. Johnson is a long time Florida resident who built his business as a teenager. He showed us pictures of his factory and was very kind. Not a good experience. Owner came to give and estimate. Gave me a price and I signed the contract and gave him the deposit. He called a few days later and said he made a mistake adding and wanted another $1,000. I didn't not sign a .new contract for that additional price.. They installed the shutters (which they got from another Co that previously gave me an estimate) When i gave them the final payment according to my signed copy. I am very happy with my shutters. Easy to close and lock. I had to have thing to change. It was no problem. They came and helped me. That’s customer service!
