I was given cortisone shots and never informed these shots could cause severe complications and I ended up in the emergency room. The emergency room doctors were extremely concerned I was not informed of potential side effects for a person with my medical condition. It was a life threatening situation and was lucky I live only a few blocks from the hospital.
I had a very good dr. appointment. I asked questions that several other doctors at other facilities had refused to answer, Dr. Johnson not only answered the questions but actually took the time to go through and examined the cause of the problem.
The stuff and service was outstanding didn't want was seen right away and gave me straight out come of my situation and explained on surgery procedures the up and downs was up front I liked that no beating around the bush lol
