We were provided with hot water within an hour of our arrival, and the office kept us updated on any relevant developments at all times. If it were necessary, I would employ their services once more without hesitation.
We asked them to come check on and fix our tankless water heater. The technician had a lot of experience, so the job went well and cost less than expected. I can't say enough good things about the company.
To his credit, the plumber quickly determined the problem and set about correcting it. What you did was remarkable.
Johns Wellers Repairs was great. Service that is done the same day, is done well, and is done professionally. When I called the first company about replacing my leaking water heater, they said they had to come to my house to give me a price.
