Francisco and Luis where at my house today to waterproof a crack. They did an amazing job. The work was great, they kept the room clean, were on time and excellent.

Lupe and his crew were AMAZING. He took the time to review our project in detail prior to starting any work to be sure we got what we wanted. He was incredibly professional and helpful in making decisions. He and his crew were outstanding and we are so thankful they completed our job. Our only regret was that we didn't call sooner. In order to pass an inspection in regard to the sale of our home, we hired John's Waterproofing to install new vapor barrier and install some concrete pier pads in our crawlspace. We also had them tack up loose insulation and install some in bare spots. Luis and his crew arrived on time. Luis went over with me all of the items that needed to be done, and kept me informed throughout the process which took 5-6 hours. A year ago, I purchased a 16 year-old house that had water in the deep crawlspace. My renovation contractor arranged for John's WP to install a sump pump system with piping, plastic, etc. It worked flawlessly during the long, rainy winter. We again contacted John's WP about a month ago to request routine annual maintenance on the system. Michael Hitch came to my home and found that the ground water here in Longview contains iron bacteria, which had completely clogged the pump.
