Very disappointed. John has had my chair for 11 weeks and won't return my calls. All I want at this point is to pick up my chair and fabric and get a refund so I may go elsewhere. He told me 4 to 5 weeks.
I was in a bind to get my dining room ready for a big new years eve party and the company I had hired wasn't going to get the job completed. I happened to be meeting some friends at the Chancery late one night in December, just before closing, and I noticed this big guy in the back dining area taking apart some boothes.
