All I needed was to get my Ball Joint checked out on my car. Gave me an estimated time of 40 minutes. Cars came & left, still waited almost an hour. I asked again, "oh it'll be another 30 minutes for a mount to open" � all the mounts were open!! Worst place to bring your vehicle! Never EVER again. And two employees were just chilling while my car could've been looked at. If I could give this place a -10 I would!!!!!

The two Employee's "just chilling" are tire techs, they don't check out front end noises. If you would have bothered to look on the other side of the shop I was pretty busy all day, but i appreciate understanding customers that will wait an hour to get their cars worked on. Have a Blessed Day.

Worst place to get an Alignment! After their 3 minute so called "Alignment" i noticed my wheels were not strait, while one was strait, thee other was turned outward. When i mentioned it to the tech, he got an attitude with me, and said its right! I said how can it be right if clearly one wheel is strait while thee other is turned outwards, he gets upset and says, its just the driveway that makes it look that way, OK so i gave him the benefit of doubt and left, as i'm going down the street my car is pulling hard to the right,... read more
