I brought my vehicle to John’s South Bay Service last May for what should have been a straightforward AC repair, and the experience was incredibly disappointing, unprofessional, and quite frankly sub par for even a gas station mechanic shop. The shop quoted me $1200 for an evaporator core replacement. I agreed and they proceeded with the work. Glad we found this place! The mechanic was honest and his prices were fair. Other places said I need all four brakes done immediately and this place was honest with what really needed to get done immediately and what could wait. Thank you
Was having some trouble with brakes and tires and my car just needed some TLC. I learned of John's on the recommendation of a coworker. I called and spoke with Brian and he told me to come in first thing the next morning. Brian and the guys at South Bay got me in nice and quick, made sure my car was in working order and I made it to work on time! Thank you South Bay!
These mechanics are terrific. Whenever I have a problem they take my vehicles right in. Always explain the problem and how to fix it before performing any work. Honest and friendly.
Don’t trust this place I got synthetic oil changed at the dealer for 90 bucks but here they charged me 120 for the same service.
