It took 3 nights going to the shop to even be able to drop it off. No phone call, disconnected phone and no mower back in a week.

I was looking for a lawn mower repair shop to maintenance my mower for the season and found John's Small Engine Repair. I tried to call several different times but could never get anyone to answer the phone so I packed up my mower and hauled it over to the shop and saw that it opened at 5 pm.
