I gave them my generator on a Friday. They said it'll be done in a week. I called them the following Tuesday, said oh yea we need to order a part. We will call you tomorrow (Wednesday ) no call. I called Wednesday evening, they said ill call you tomorrow ( Thursday ).. No call. I called Thursday even. They say we still need to order the part... We will call you back tomorrow (Friday). I needed to order a part, and the owner there was extremely helpful and courteous. I found that he was genuinely interested in helping customers. Overall he was a nice man and I'd recommend others to go to this shop.
