I had a big problem, to me anyway. was told to go to John's and met with Erik. after check my car over, he found a bracket that was broken causing the noise from under the hood, I thought it was the engine. he noticed the belt was also damaged, I ask if he could also do an oil change while he had my car, he arranged to get me home. the price was more than fair, and Erik is a really nice person. thanks john's service center
you can not go wrong with these guys steve and casey are a great help and takes the pressure off. could not think of going any where else thanks guys
