Having plumbing issues the toilet not fushing it coming back up in the sink and tub gave them a call to take a look at the pipes to find where its backed up the guy didn't do nothing he was late also and said he doesn't really want to go into the crawl space to check the rest of the piping nothing was fixed still having the same problem before he left will never go to them again

Johns sales and service went above and beyond when my water heater went out. Gina scheduled me in for first thing the next morning after calling the previous late afternoon. Marty was the installer and was nothing short of amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I would give 10 stars! Highly recommended!

Have had a rough run in with contractors here in IL lately. But if I knew the place right down the road existed with its amazing staff. I would had my issues taken care of WAY sooner. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and honest staff. As in, they aren’t going to do half a job, and wish you luck. If they cannot do it, they will definitely let you know. No risks, just good people doing gods work.
