They answered promptly and came to my house for an ac issue. It was a Monday morning and was billed $260 dollars after just an evaluation with no receipt just to tell me I needed a complete new system.
Always good service, had them for furnace and a/c issues, always prompt, friendly and willing to explain the issues, will definitely recommend
Everyone beware of John's Service and Sales, if you call them to look at something at your house they're probably not gonna fix it but they will send you a bill anyways. I recommend not using these guys . And I would’ve gave them zero stars, but they won’t let you post if you don’t give them the star. The man came out, walked in, looked at it for five minutes, went out to his truck sat there for 10 minutes and then drove off two weeks later a bill comes in the mail for $200 And some dollars
This company will treat you like you owe them a favor. The women answering the phones are extremely rude and cut you off. The technicians are never on time. Today was my last straw as I called to inquire about a part number however, I asked to speak to a technician and got nothing but attitude back. It’s not worth it to work with this company.
