The staff is very easy to deal with and professional, you won't find pushy salesmen at this dealership. I will definitely buy again from them when we upgrade.
Terrible at answering and returning calls. Called at 9am and was told could not be helped until 11 but someone would call me back then. Waited til 12, no call back so I called again. Was sent to a voice. Left a message, and still no call back. Called again at 2pm and again was sent to a voice-mail. Finally at 4pm was put in touch with a real person when I called, after telling me the vehicle I had been trying to find out about had been sold, tried to see if she could sell me something else... rofl gtfo, never in my life
John Rt 13 Auto, sold me a Hyundai Tucson, the car wasn't expected, they told me to drive the car for 100 miles and bring back, Engine light came on, it needed a catalic converter, and an alternator, I will never purchase anything from this dealership again, They are rip-offs,

Steve from sales helped me pick out my first car in the easiest most helpful way possible. Not only did we get straight to business but he was also very thoughtful in the process on getting me situated with choosing my vehicle. He is a great salesman and a great man in general!!
My boyfriend and I purchased a truck. It was the worst experience I've ever had with buying a car!! The employees are nice at first, but after all is said and done, if your car breaks down or if they owe you money from a cancellation, expect the worst!! We absolutely regret buying a car from these people. Customer service has nothing to do with how they conduct their business.
