Had an issue with my dryer not turning on. John came to the rescue. Fixed it at a very reasonable price. Great customer service, on time & would highly recommend 👌

Call for ref repair .show up on time, Repairs was made very quickly. Will use again for washer repair. Service Charge was reasonable .
A retired appliance repair friend troubleshot my $1,300 dryer by facetime and told me the motor was shot. So I went to John’s & to save money told him to buy it for me and replace it. He bought the parts needed for $299.00. Lo & behold it was a busted belt. So I owned $232 of parts he didn’t use. When I asked him if they could be returned, he promptly cut me a check for $232.50 and only charged me for the belt, the visit and the labor. Legit to the max. I wasn’t expecting such honesty.
