Charlie John arrived at the appointment time, inspected the roof and assessed the issue as cracked flashing around one of the bathroom exhaust pipes in the roof. He provided an estimate that was reasonable. As requested he provided the proof of current liability insurance. The actual repair appointment had to be rescheduled by a day but the work was completed on time. Luckily no rain so no more water dripping into the bedroom.
