John is a top notch professional. He does a wonderful job each week. He is consistent and really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend his service!
Unprofessional and bad attitude.
John has been servicing our pool since 2015. We have had no issues with our pool since he took over! Very friendly and always shows up when he’s supposed too.
I definitely do not recommend John's Pool Service. The owner John is very unprofessional. His technician that came out always had a poor attitude. The technician broke my "return" pipe off under the ground when he hit it with his cleaning cart. The technician, nor the owner John apologized and treated me horrible like I did something wrong. They promised to fix it a few days later, then kept pushing it off. They then told me to call call the person to fix it myself and that they would pay. John seems to be a nice guy but when he damages a pool filter tank he will not take responsibility for the damage but just cancel your service immediately and leave you stuck with no service and pools that are turning green. Also I’m not sure that he actually vacuums the pool every time, because sand and debris was in the pool after they serviced it. Cannot recommend.
