Never use this company. I called them out to check on my well pump. Tech could not figure out the wiring for the pumps. Then he claimed that I needed a new pump for the well, a new pump for my secondary tank and a new float. I scheduled a installation for new float. The second tech showed up several hours late and thought he was there to change a water filter. He didn't know anything about replacing the float. I called a different company and they said that I only needed a new well pump. that the pump for the secondary tank ... read more

The owner Aaron is very nice but the workers who came didn't do a very good job.. The workers arrived almost 2 hours late! We had been waiting and waiting for them to show up. After the guys fiddled around under the sink, they then said they "have to go get parts" and disappeared for 50 minutes. We live in a rural area on a well that serves 2 houses. The pump was failing and the plumbing/wiring all needed to be redone. The office person I spoke with was prompt and courteous. Dante and Guy were the techs that came out to do the work and they were excellent. Nice guys, did great work and displayed great customer service. You're never sure what you'll get with an unknown but I was very pleased. They were friendly and prompt, did what they promised when they promised. I highly recommend this company and would definitely... read more

Outstanding water heater repair service in Olympia! My water heater was leaking, and I was worried about potential damage. The repair technician arrived on time, identified the problem as a loose valve, and fixed it quickly. He also inspected the entire system to ensure there were no other issues. The quality of service was exceptional, and the technician was very professional. I’m extremely satisfied with the repair and the overall experience.
