Great experience, start to finish. Aaron was professional and engaging and went over all options before starting work, including testing our water. The installation team was great as well. Friendly, informative, and efficient. We were using another company for our water filtration service, but John's is a huge improvement in customer service, product knowledge, and all around savings. HIGHLY recommend!
We lost our water abruptly after I changed out the inline filter on Thanksgiving day. No apparent reason. I had done some preliminary troubleshooting but finally concluded it was probably the well pump. I contacted John’s Plumbing and Pumps on Thanksgiving night assuming I’d be leaving a message. Two knowledgeable guys DJ and TJ. I had a leak in the craw space under my kitchen, which they repaired. However I also decided to get the plumbing evaluation of the whole house, since I’ve had leaks before. Sure enough there was a small leak to my laundry room, which was easily repaired when I had questions about my pump and well, which have not been inspected in years.
