Great experience, start to finish. Aaron was professional and engaging and went over all options before starting work, including testing our water. The installation team was great as well. Friendly, informative, and efficient. We were using another company for our water filtration service, but John's is a huge improvement in customer service, product knowledge, and all around savings. HIGHLY recommend!

Were without water due to a bad leak in a shower faucet and called on a Friday. We were told the owner, Aaron, had been contacted and said he’d come out Saturday morning. But late morning, no show or call, so we called him and he said he couldn’t make it out but would be here Sunday at 9am. Again, no show and no call. The crew was courteous, professional, and made sure the gas line repair was done safely and thoroughly. They kept me informed through the process and left everything in good shape. Solid, reliable work overall.
3/13/2025 - After discussing a water heater issue by phone with the owner, I received fast, same day professional install of a new Bradford White 50 gal. residential water heater. DJ is a friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced plumber. Very pleased with the fair price and installation. I highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs. Thank you!
