I have been a customer with a maintenance agreement with John’s for many years. One thing that has always amazed me is the quality of the employees. From the person answering my call to the service technician, the professionalism, courtesy, and technical expertise is exceptional! My recent call was for an air conditioner problem. Absolutely the best service from Justin! Saved me from having to replace a garbage disposal and explaining to me about the reset switch which no one ever explained to me. He is very personable and friendly which is why I have used John's Plumbing on many occasions. Had a slow drain to boot which he tackled with ease. Will be using them again soon to replace my kitchen faucet. Thanks so much!
Called the service because of a clogged sink. The service was excellent. It took less than 5 minutes to clear the block using a pipe snake from the vent on top of the roof. It cost $326. ($99 for the visit, $200+ to unclog) I thought it was excessive, but it seems to be the national average.
John's Plumbing always comes through to service our needs. I am a Board member of a Townhome Community and we have had multiple problems. It all starts with a great Customer Service Representative, Michelle. She sets up your appointment and makes the arrangements for the proper technician / service person to take care of your issue (she also follows up to keep you informed). I appreciate that their office calls ahead to confirm patrons readiness for the appointment. They arrive on time, courteous, profession. The serviceman provided education so I would know how to properly care for my filtration system. Michael was a terrific representative for his company. I will definitely call on them again!
