Never use John’s Plumbing! I had them replace my main water line and sewer line about 15 years ago. About a year after the problems started. Eventually I found out they had put a hole in the top of the sewer pipe when they installed it. After that the copper pipe started developing pin size holes. The cleanout they installed only went to the street and not into the house which would require you to remove a toilet, if your clog was in the house.
