JTL's technician came out Friday to fix our leaking toilet & replaced almost everything - did a terrific job. Then the toilet, which is 13 years old, started leaking again so I called them Friday night & left a message. They were extremely responsive and had a technician at our house Saturday morning before 11:00 am who found the problem (the only original part still left on our 13 year old toilet!!!) & fixed it, without charging us.
