Excellent customer service and response time. Pleasant employees and service techs. We'll definitely use JTL again.
Had a problem with a float valve in a new water features, Devin had to lay on a small stoned bed and work inside a water basin buried in the ground, after some effort he got I working perfectly. And he also fixed a problem with a temp control valve in our shower we’ve been having since the original was replace a year ago. Thought I’d have to replace the valve again but he figured out how to correctly adjust the valve.
