Came in for a quote today because we were Tboned yesterday. John came out looked at the truck and said “That’s too much work I don’t want to do it” After that he walked away in the middle of the conversation while I was mid-sentence because “I have lunch waiting on me”. Very rude and very unprofessional. Sad that you can’t even find people willing to do their job anymore. Respect seem to be a hard thing to come by as well. Would not recommend.
RecommendedMy neighbors told me John’s was the place to go. I live in East Bloomington but the drive to Lexington took about the same time as driving to the other end of town. When I got there I was very impressed. It’s a large operation. I just needed some minor work down. John took the time to show me around while I was waiting. My Tahoe got damaged by a commercial lawn mower. I took it to John’s for an estimate. They handled everything with my insurance and the 3rd party insurance. Everyone there was very professional and caring. I was happy with the work that was done it looks great!

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. John and his team were very informative and have great customer service. They were able to fix my mom's car very quickly and efficiently.
I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but John & his entire team went above & beyond. They are worth the drive if you aren’t local because these are incredibly caring & dedicated employees.
