5 Star : Likely to Recommend They have a wonderful reputation here in Burkburnett.....never heard a negative word from anyone. Plus, John bought the shop years ago from my dad. My dad said he wouldn't sell to someone who would not do quality work and keep the shop up. John has added on and made a large group of people who use him. 5 Star : Repair Quality Each step of what we were do to as soon as the wrecker towed the car to the shop was explain step by step. That really helped. 5 Star : Customer Service
1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Going to try elsewhere next time. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Not happy with the final product. The parts that they replace and painted looks good. There are black tape lines all over vehicle and they were not there before the repair. The windshield leaked rain and soaked the interior of the truck. They fixed the leak, not sure if there is damage from the water. Will be 2.5 Star : Customer Service
