Tried to sell me $800.00 dollars in un-needed repairs without even test driving my vehicle. Lied about broken parts and needed work. Owner never addressed my issue. Never returned my call. Lousy customer service from service manager Johnathon. Shop elsewhere. There are many reputable mechanics in Onalaska. Omni is not one of them.
Straight shooter with better than great service. I should probably owe them my soul.

I've been going here since I was old enough to drive. My mom loved going to John because he always treated her with respect, and never made her feel stupid for not knowing much about cars. i've bought 2 camrys from the dealers he works with and they have been great cars.
He put a part in my car i bought after i asked 3different shops 2do it they all said no
