Yesterday, I went to get a fill in. It was my first time visiting them, so I was hoping for a good experience. It was nice that I was able to sit down and receive service within minutes of my arrival. 5/5 they are staffed adequately However, it was apparent that the man who provided my service was inexperienced. If you see one of the veteran nail techs you won! I have never been so happy about my nail service since Kim at Fancy Nails. I have been getting my nails done for 25 years and the veterans here have been doing nails for longer than that. Vickie even started me back with the Acrylic Overlay.
I used to come here faithfully in my twenties but started to go to a salon in phenix city as it was closer to home. The second salon started to charge outrageous prices but didn't want to perform services as needed. Today was my first time back at John's and I don't know why I ever left!! Prices are great, techs are super friendly and they do an amazing job! You can tell customer service is at the forefront here. They've definitely won be back over.
