Before the job started, everything seemed great—the price was competitive and the attention was prompt. However, the actual service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up with the wrong glass. He admitted the mistake, left to pick up the correct material, and came back two hours later, only to leave the job unfinished. He then scheduled to return a full week later to complete the work.
