Easy drop off. Good service, reasonably priced.
Before the job started, everything seemed great—the price was competitive and the attention was prompt. However, the actual service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up with the wrong glass. He admitted the mistake, left to pick up the correct material, and came back two hours later, only to leave the job unfinished. He then scheduled to return a full week later to complete the work. Alex who came out was great and Jd has been a great communicator. They had to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency and they communicated with me early and got my appointment moved and reset. Emergencies happen and how they communicated with me and got me back on the books 2 days later, that showed a lot of integrity and how they care for customers and how important the customers time is.
