I would not suggest ever using John's Major Appliance Service. I hired him recently to replace Gas Oven Thermostat, the first 2 times before his appointment he forgot to order the part ahead of time and third time he did not show up for his appointment. John also said, "he call me the next week to reschedule his appointment and he never did." Not a reliable person and his word is not good. I would never ever give him a call or give him referrals.
